MenoMind Refunds and Returns Policy and Procedure

At MenoMind, we’re committed to delivering supportive, empowering, and high-quality health coaching services for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. We value transparency and fairness in all client interactions. This policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our procedures for refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
As a consumer, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a service:
Is not provided with due care and skill
Is not fit for the specified purpose
Does not match the description provided
However, you are not entitled to a refund if you:
Simply change your mind
Fail to use the services
Decide not to complete a program for personal or scheduling reasons
Refunds for Digital Products (e.g., Digital Menopause Workbook)
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once access has been provided.
However, if the workbook is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will attempt to resolve the issue or offer a refund or replacement.
Refunds for 1:1 Coaching and Programs
Cancellations made more than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward another session.
No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply.
If you purchase a multi-week program and choose to withdraw after the first session, you may request a partial refund. Requests must be made in writing within 5 business days of your first session. A pro-rata refund may be issued minus an admin fee.
Refunds will not be issued for sessions or packages already delivered or partially completed unless services were not provided with due care and skill.
Workshops and Group Programs
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may receive a 50% refund or a credit toward future workshops.
No refunds for non-attendance on the day unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Procedure for Requesting a Refund
Email your refund request to [your email address] with your full name, service purchased, date, and reason for your request.
Our team will assess your request in line with ACL and MenoMind policies.
We will respond in writing within 5 business days with the outcome.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
