Personal Story
Hi, I’m Helen Crosby — and I’m in this midlife metamorphosis right alongside you.
Before I became a wellness coach, I was a nurse. I spent years helping others, all while my own body was shifting and screaming for attention.
I thought I was “just tired” or “just getting older”… until I realised I was navigating menopause, ADHD, emotional overload, and burnout — without a roadmap.
So I built one.
Now I help women like you feel strong, sexy, and seen again — not with one-size-fits-all solutions, but with real talk, grounded tools, and a whole lot of self-compassion.

Background in nursing (Enrolled Nurse)
Yoga teacher-in-training (200hrs)
